We are going to DHS on Dec.2 and plan on going to Fantasmic. How early do we need to be in line for the show? My mom doesn't do well standing in line for long periods, are there benches or places to sit close by? Dining Package is not an option.

I'm happy to report that you needn't be overly concerned with heavy crowds on December 2nd, Lori.  Of course, it's impossible to tell what this year will bring, but taking historical trends into consideration, I can tell you that the crowd levels should be very bearable.  If it were me, I would plan to be in line about an hour before the show.  You may not get your choice of seats, but you should have a decent view and you won't be waiting too terribly long.  In my experience, there are some benches for seating along the queue area, but it will really depend on where you're at.  Your best bet might be to rent a wheel chair so that she can remain seated while you wait.  Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Darcie, Alabama

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
