Hi Donna, first of all, happy 50th birthday!  How exciting to be able to celebrate at Walt Disney World!

I think all of your advance dining reservation plans are definitely doable.  However, whether it's optimal or not really depends on how much traveling you want to do from park to meal, where you are staying, and if you have a car.

If you are taking Disney transportation, you can still do all of this, it will just take a little more time to get from resort to resort.  You may consider switching one of the resort meals to a nice dinner at Epcot (Le Cellier or Teppan Edo are two of my favorites).

I'd suggest that you make all of the advance dining reservations now, and then if you change your mind, you can always cancel.

    Have a great vacation!
