Me, DH,DS 4 DD 2 1/2 Will be traveling to Disney Oct.19th. We plan on 2 days MK, 1day AK, and 1 day HS. Also will be doing MNSSHP. We are going with another family they have 5DS and 3DD. Can you offer suggestions for traveling with another family?

Hi Karen! Traveling with another family, whether relatives or friends, can be a blessing or a disaster. I would suggest that you keep in mind that this is each family's vacation and each family is entitled to enjoy their vacation their way and how they would like to vacation. I would recommend that you discuss the things that your family plans to do and see if the other family is interested. If they are, then great, if they are not, then great. You and your family should continue to enjoy your vacation regardless if the other family wants to do things separate or at other Parks.

Bottom line is that it is your vacation and you want to make the most of your vacation and while it is true, the more the merrier, you can have a great time with your family and should not take it personal if the other family has plans of their own. You can only hope that the other family is just as understanding, so when you spend time together, you will have a blast. Hope this helps.
