When determining party size for purposes of the DAS, are infants and toddlers under 3 included in the headcount?

    Hi there, Shannon!

I’m delighted to welcome you to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.

I am genuinely appreciative of the Disability Access Service (DAS), as my family has used it quite often for my little one. I love that there’s an option for Guests who cannot wait in a traditional queue environment.

Shannon, I’m happy to tell you that infants and toddlers under 3 are not included in the headcount when considering party size for the DAS.

And things have gotten even more accessible, as Guests can now choose the Same-Day Return Self-Selection Tool on their My Disney Experience Mobile app. So once the Guest has signed up for the DAS program and has entered the theme park, rather than going to the queue to sign up for a return time, they can do it through their My Disney Experience Mobile app by opening it up, selecting the three horizontal lines on the bottom right, then choosing the Disability Access Service (DAS) icon, and picking a queue to enter the self-selection flow.

I hope you have an enchanting visit, Shannon!
