Jeffrey, if you’re unsure about whether your
Disney Theme Park ticket is still valid, you have a few options. First, head to the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click the ☰ icon in the bottom right corner. The top left option will be My Tickets & Passes. Your valid admission should show there, and you can scroll through the options. Each ticket should show how many days are remaining just below the barcode, and it will also show the expiration date.
If your ticket is not linked to your app, click the + icon in the upper right corner and click Link Tickets & Passes. Then click on Type ID and enter the ID Number on your ticket. This should link your ticket to your account and allow you to see the details. If this doesn’t do the trick, reach out to a helpful Cast Member via the
Existing Tickets Line. They’ll be happy to help you find out more about your ticket!
