is a dessert included in quick service ?

    Hi Maryann!

I am a huge fan of the Disney Dining Plan!  The convenience of having our dining taken care of before our vacation is a big relief for my family, plus it's super flexible!

The original Disney Dining Plan used to include a dessert with your meal and one snack, but some guests felt it was too much food in one sitting for everyone to have a dessert on top of a meal each time.  Introducing the new Disney Dining Plan where dessert is not included, but now we get two snacks.  We now have the flexibility to use that extra snack credit on whatever we would like.  At select Quick-Service restaurants, mostly at Disney Resort hotels, you can substitute your drink for a dessert as well.

You can also substitute your drink for a slushie at any Quick-Service restaurant that sells them.  I see you are visiting in July, so this would be a good trade for you!  My favorite slushie is the Jungle Juice Slushie in Africa in Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Please stop back by if you have any additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
