Hi Lisa!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about
Space 220 Restaurant!
There's nothing quite like dining at one of
EPCOT's newest restaurants, Space 220. The moment you step into the "space elevator," you're transported 220 miles above Earth to a dining room with panoramic views of space. It's an immersive experience that makes you feel like you're aboard a space station, complete with sights of the planet below and the occasional passing astronaut (and sometimes, even an "astro-dog!"). It's an opportunity to enjoy a meal in what feels like an entirely different world, making it a must-do for both space enthusiasts and those looking for a meal with a view that's truly out of this world.
The prix fixe menu offers a variety of modern American dishes. From Lift Off (starters) to Star Course (entrees), each dish is themed to fit the space setting, adding an extra layer to your immersive dining experience. For an additional charge, you can add a Satellite Side to complement your meal - the Truffled Herb Parmesan Potato Wedges are delicious!
For the
three-course dinner seating, the meal includes a selection of Super Nova Sweets, including Carrot Cake, Chocolate and Raspberry Cake, The "Blue Planet" Chocolate Cheesecake, Gelato, Sorbet, and my favorite, "The Astra" (Honey Cake, Almond Mascarpone Mousse, Honey Cream, Lingonberry Jam, and a Honeycomb Cookie)! These treats are available to add to the
two-course prix fixe lunch menu as well.
Space 220 also offers a selection of Dessert Drinks for guests to choose from as add-ons to their meals. Coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and lattes are available, as well as the "Up All Night" - made with Absolut Vodka, Chilled Espresso, Kahlua, and Creme de Cacao.
I hope this helps, and that you're able to enjoy a meal among the stars at Space 220 on your magical vacation this fall!
