I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble adding
Disney Genie+. Hearing that the system is telling you that ticket dates are no longer available makes me wonder if you're going through the
ticketing page. You won't want to do that because you'll end up with a second set of tickets! Instead, you want to
locate your current tickets within your My Disney Experience account online or by clicking the three horizontal lines in the
My Disney Experience app and selecting "Tickets and Passes." Once you've found your tickets, you may click "Change Ticket," and you'll see the option to add Disney Genie+. This will add the service to your tickets for all seven days, so as long as you're good with that, feel free to check out there, and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, you'll be all set!
If you'd prefer to only add Disney Genie+ for select days, you'll be able to purchase it within the app a day at a time. It will become available to buy any time after midnight, and regardless of when you add it, you'll be able to make your first Disney Genie+
Lighting Lane selection at 7:00 AM.
