    where are designated smoking areas?

Hi Carey! Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for stopping by with your question.

I hope your question means that you are heading to The Happiest Place on Earth sometime soon! With the opening of the all-new Avengers Campus, the incredibly immersive Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and all the classic attractions that draw Guests into a world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy, it's ALWAYS a great time for a visit to Disneyland Resort. I'm dreaming about a visit next summer, and I simply cannot wait!

Disneyland Resort is smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, the Esplanade between the theme parks, or in Downtown Disney District. Please see the Park Rules for the full details, and note that smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke or vapor is allowed only in outdoor smoking areas. Those areas are outside the theme park entrances, and in designated locations outside Disneyland Resort hotels. If you're a Guest at a Disneyland hotel, you may check with the front desk to located designated smoking areas; smoking is not allowed in Guest rooms or on patios or balconies.

Carey, as you plan your visit to Disneyland Resort, be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news and updates. Your friends here at planDisney are here to answer your planning questions, so please come back and see us as you make your plans and do your Disney dreaming!

    Wishing you much magic,
