Hello Kathleen,
Thank you for asking such a great question. As you know, Disney is committed to ensuring all who visit have a magical experience. They are the best in the industry in creating simple services, strategies and planning help to make sure that those with
cognitive disabilities are still able to feel the power of pixie dust.
The
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade route does have a designated viewing areas for Guests with disabilities. While this option may suit your needs, I highly recommend taking the time to find out what other accommodations might be available based on the Guest with a cognitive disability’s individual service needs. To do this, please visit the Guest Relations Lobby when you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park.
I also recommend taking a look at the
Guide for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities as it is a wonderful resource for planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Have a magical visit, Kathleen, and please let us know if we are able to assist you with anything else.
Pixie Dust,
Lauren
