Hi Jennifer!
Welcome to planDisney!
Well, kudos to you for being willing to share the responsibility! And, kudos to the person willing to pitch in and take charge! I am too fond of controlling the plans to hand over the responsibility, so I admire you!
If you are connected to the soon to be planner-in-charge through the
My Family & Friends List in
My Disney Experience, that person should be able to see all of your plans. Just make sure that you have selected to Share All Plans including Disney
PhotoPass photos. That person would then need to be connected to every other member of the family traveling with you. If some of these individuals are children and do not have their own My Disney Experience accounts, this could be tricky if you already have theme park tickets linked. If nothing is linked yet, the new planner-in-charge could create profiles for family members in their My Disney Experience account.
If you already have theme park tickets linked and cannot create profiles for everyone in My Disney Experience, I suggest that you contact Website Support at 407-939-4357. Assuming your
vacation package is linked, make sure that the new planner uses the
Disney Park Pass system to make park pass reservations for everyone. Prior to booking, they can always check the
theme park availability calendar to be sure there is park availability for the dates of your visit.
Jennifer, if you have not made
advanced dining reservations, have the new planner make those as soon as possible! Our last trip was simply fantastic. We loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in to check-in for our dining reservations. We are so excited to welcome you back to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
