Hiya Roger! Welcome back to planDisney! It's always great to talk with a fellow Palmetto State resident!
I'm so excited that
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is returning for the upcoming holiday season! I was lucky to attend this event the last time it was held in 2019 and my family had the best time taking it all in. We loved Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and even attempted to see it on the second showing just to watch it again! The Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular was a family favorite and showcased so many of the popular villains! We are also making the trip down from South Carolina during the Fall to attend this event again!
In past years, there has been a Fireworks Halloween Dessert Party held during the event. The dessert party provides a Halloween-themed version of the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party. It can be a nice addition to the party if this is a priority for your group. There has not been any announcement yet if this will return for the party this year, but make sure to keep checking the
Disney Parks Blog for any news and announcements.
In addition to all of the experiences taking place, there will also be many meet-and-greet opportunities with unique Disney characters. In years past, Jack and Sally have greeted Guests in the Town Square Theater. It turned out to be one of the best character interactions I have ever experienced in any park. They were amazing to interact with and our daughters were both ecstatic and spooked!
Roger, I hope you have a Spooktacular time during your Halloween visit! Make sure to savor every moment of your trip!
See ya real soon!
Greg
