Can you describe what each of the kids clubs are like? I really want to enjoy a nice 'date' with DH, our boys are 6, 8, 10...would the 10 year old still enjoy a kids club or is he too old? I don't want to 'ditch' them into anything boring on vacation!

Hi there Mindy! Date nights are a WONDERFUL idea and one that really enhances your Walt Disney World vacation experience!

Those wonderful child activity centers scattered throughout the Disney resorts are a parent's best way to snag some much-needed adult-time without feeling the least bit guilty about it. Seriously! I have found it nearly impossible to pry my 9 year old daughter away from the Neverland Club and Simba's Clubhouse on more than one occasion! As a result, I have been able to experience some pretty amazing Signature Dining, spa treatments, a WISHES cruise, and even return to Hollywood Studios during evening Extra Magic Hours to scream, I mean bond, with my teenage son.

So, you have absolutely NO WORRIES and can relax and enjoy your time alone with your husband!

I recommend that you make a reservation, by calling (407) WDW-DINE, at the club that is closest to your location for that evening. While the theming varies slightly from one activity center to the next, your children, including the ten year old, will have an incredible experience no matter which one you've selected!

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation and date night be practically perfect in every way!
