Can you describe what the Garden Wing is at Disney's Contemporary Resort? I am thinking of staying in the Garden Wing with a standard view during Spring Break of 2014?

    Hi Patricia,

Long and low, the Garden Wing stretches behind Disney's Contemporary Resort to Bay Lake. This wing is a separate building from the main towering part of the hotel. The rooms in the Garden Wing are quiet, close to the pool, marina, and laundry, and are less expensive than rooms in the main tower. Having stayed in both types of rooms, I would say the Garden Wing is the way to go if you want to stay at the Contemporary for less money. The main building's advantages are sweeping views and close proximity to the shops, monorail, and restaurants. Both are just a stroll away from the Magic Kingdom.

I hope this answer helps you. Please contact me again if you need additional information.
