Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Poppy!
My son is a huge Descendants fan, and we was completely under Audrey’s spell when Descendants 3 debuted earlier this year. “Queen of Mean” played on repeat in my house for months, and he even dressed as evil Audrey for Halloween this year. We’re big fans of that Wicked World over here in my house!
We just returned from a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, and we spent a lot of time looking in the doll section of various merchandise locations, because my son was on the hunt for an Elsa doll wearing her final costume from Frozen 2. We didn’t find that Elsa doll anywhere in the theme parks (but it worked out because we got to
meet her in that gorgeous gown), and neither my son nor I remember seeing any Descendants dolls in any of the shops we visited. I searched the
Shop Merchandise section in the My Disney Experience mobile app, and there are no results for “Descendants.” I’m thinking the Villain Kids and Auradon Prep students have returned home for some new adventures, but merchandise changes frequently, so I’m sending some pixie dusted wishes that you find what you’re wishing for when you visit!
Poppy, I do have a few suggestions for you. My friend
Leslie did find some Descendants merchandise in World of Disney in Disney Springs this past summer, and there’s a good selection of
Descendants merchandise on ShopDisney. I found Descendants dolls for my son at Target for a reasonable price.
Veronica recently shared that Descendants-themed makeovers may be available at The Pirates League and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, so if a V.K. transformation is of interest to your Mouseketeer, that might be a good option to explore.
Stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news as you count down the days until your vacation. You never know when there might be news from the Isle of the Lost!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
