Derek, thanks for snack info! Planning trip for April 2014, with DH and Princess 4 1/2. Which would be better Tomorrowland Dessert Party or Pirates and Pals? She loves both Peter Pan and Tinker Bell. Thanks again!

    Hi Sarah!

Thanks for your message. It was nice to hear back from you!

The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party and the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage are both awesome experiences, so it's going to be really tough for me to choose one over the other.

If the decision were solely based on food (which is how I make 99% of the decisions in my life), then I'd vote for the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party. While the view of Cinderella's Castle is awesome and the vantage point you get for the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is, well, spectacular....the dessert offerings will make you speechless.

If I came upon someone who was scalping Super Bowl tickets, I'd just keep walking. I have a comfortable couch and a nice TV at home.

If I came upon someone who was scalping Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party tickets, I'd be tripping over myself trying to strike a deal with them.

That being said, it might be easy to assume what my recommendation is going to be, right?

Well, I'm going to throw you a curveball and actually recommend the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage instead.

    WHAT?!?

The Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage is a super fun experience that your daughter will absolutely love (especially since she loves Peter Pan). The crew will keep her laughing nonstop and it's so fun to watch the fireworks from a pirate boat!

Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

Try not to eat a massive dinner before the Pirates and Pals cruise. Not because you need to worry about seasickness, but because they will have a nice selection of snacks and treats to enjoy before your cruise.

I hope that helps! Feel free to write back if I can help with any other planning ideas you're working on.

    Talk to you soon.

    Best regards,
    Derek
