I deposited for an upcoming cruise in March of 2024. I was supposed to pay my balance last night and completely missed it. Can I still get my reservation back if I pay the balance today, 5 hours later?

    Hi, Nora! Welcome to planDisney.

It’s easy for time to escape us, especially during this time of year. I’m sorry you missed your paid-in-full date. I hope a Disney Cruise Line agent was able to work their magic and help you with your reservation. Let’s take a look at two upcoming dates you’re not going to want to miss.

You can begin booking Port Adventures, reserve adult-exclusive dining, spa treatments, nursery time, and onboard fun at midnight Eastern Time, 75 days before you set sail. Set a reminder on your phone so you can hop online right away. I usually book our Port Adventures first, followed by Palo and the rest of our onboard fun.

You can complete online check-in and select your Port Arrival Time 30 days before your voyage. Gather up everyone’s citizenship documentation and take a picture. You’ll also need an individual color photo of each Guest taken against a neutral background. I like to keep all the images in a folder on my computer to make them easier to find. Finally, you’ll enter onboard payment information and arrival and departure travel plans, select a port arrival time, and review and accept the cruise contract. Once you’re all finished, you can save or print your Port Arrival Form.

I hope you’re able to reserve everything your heart desires, Nora! Please cruise our way again with any follow-up questions. We are delighted to help.

Ahoy! Just like Moana, I feel the irresistible call of the sea. I think the best vacation is aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship – thankfully, my family agrees. Whether savoring gelato in Italy, snorkeling in Mexico, or basking in the sea breeze on deck, each destination fills us with memories to last a lifetime. I look forward to helping your family plan a Disney Cruise Line adventure brimming with cherished moments!
