On our departure day, we plan to do a breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace. We will have our own personal vehicle with us. Is it possible to check out of our resort, drive our car to Riviera and park there for that breakfast reservation? (Parking constraints?)

    Hi Stacey,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question!

Departure day is always so sad for me, which is why we typically try to have breakfast somewhere fun before heading off to the airport for our flight home. Topolino’s Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera is one of our favourite “goodbye breakfast” locations, because the food is so delicious and the atmosphere at "Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends" is just so much fun.

When we’ve rented a car for our trips to Walt Disney World Resort, I’m happy to say that we have frequently checked out of our Disney Resorts Collection hotel and been able to park at Disney’s Riviera Resort (or any other hotel) with absolutely no problems. Just tell the gate attendant that you have a breakfast dining reservation at Topolino’s Terrace, give them your dining reservation number or show them your MagicBand/Key to the World Card, along with photo identification and you should be good to go!

I hope my answer helps you plan your vacation and a smooth departure day for you and your family. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
