Who or what department would I contact for Special Event Planning? For example, I'm looking for info on lunch picnic inside Disneyland Park at one of the picnic areas for large gathering.

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Sheryl!

It is exciting to hear you would like to host an event at the Disneyland Resort. I can't think of a better place to gather!

To plan an event at the Disneyland Resort, you must submit a request form to Disney Meetings & Events. From family reunions to holiday parties and company picnics, you and your guests will be thrilled to attend a social event at Disney. There are also a variety of venues available within the Theme Parks and the Disneyland Resort Hotels. The team at Disney Meetings & Events will be happy to help you craft a practically perfect event for your group.

As you continue preparing for this upcoming event, I recommend checking out the Disney Meetings & Events Blog. You'll find many fantastic articles that give you a peek at what it's like to host an event with Disney.

Sheryl, I hope you find this helpful. Please feel free to visit us again with any other questions you have. We are always available to help!
