What is the demension of the "kid" sizes magic band aka with the grey part taken off. I would like to know the length and how thick it is at the thickest part under the Mickey head. Thanks in advance!!

    Hello, Bailey!

I've just taken a tape measure to my youngest child's Magic Band to be able to provide you as accurate of a measurement as possible. Here are the results based on your requested information:

Length: Just a tad over 7 inches when pressing the Magic Band as flat as possible along the tape measure.

Width: 3/4 an inch at the widest section of the Magic Band at the Mickey head imprint (where the technology chip is located).

In addition, there are 8 notches allowing you to further adjust the size and accommodate a child's wrist as little as 4 inches. I was very nervous the first time I pulled the Magic Band apart to create the child size, I was certain I was going to ruin the Magic Band! I now know it works like a charm.

I hope this helps, Bailey! Please do not hesitate to ask any additional questions you may have. The Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to help.

    Have a magical day!
