Which Deluxe resort do think would best accomodate a small toddler 18 months?

    Hi Rhonda!!

Thank you so much for your question!!

There were two resorts that immediately came to my mind when I read your question.  I immediately thought about Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney's Polynesian Resort as possible Deluxe Resorts for your 18 month old.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge offers wonderful views of giraffes, zebras, ostriches, and other exotic animals either from your own private balcony or other viewing areas around the resort.  I took my son at 11 months of age and he was mesmerized by the animals from our balcony!!  There is no other resort experience I know of like this other than going to Africa firsthand!!

Disney's Polynesian Resort is such a fun, laid back resort near the Magic Kingdom.  I love the fact that it is on the Monorail line.  I just recently stayed there and my son loved sitting on the balcony and watching the Monorail as it went by.  The Polynesian Resort also offers wonderful views of the Seven Seas Lagoon and the Magic Kingdom.

If I had to recommend one of these, it would definitely be Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.  However, I do not think you could go wrong with either of these resorts (or any other Walt Disney World Resort Hotel for that matter!!)

I hope this helps and that you have a magical day!!
