Kathy: At Magic Kingdom, here are some "hearty" snacks on the Dining Plan:
The fries at Golden Oak are no longer made by McDonald's. They are now waffle fries with toppings and are too expensive to be considered snacks on the dining plan. The chili cheese fries at Cosmic Ray's and Peco's Bill's, however, can be purchased with a snack credit. Many of the kiosks at Animal Kingdom do not accept the Disney Dining Plan. I've found the best value for snack credits at the Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafe where you can get an egg roll or chicken fried rice with a snack credit. Wishing y'all a magical vacation! Whitney
