    the deluxe hotels look great but theres is big difference in price from the value resorts. What is the benefit of staying at a deluxe hotel vs a value hotel?

    Hi Sasha!
    You're right...there is a rather large disparity between room rates at the Value versus Deluxe resorts. Luckily, that means that there is an accommodation category to fit every family's budget and allow them to come to Walt Disney World.
    There are several differences between the two: Deluxe resorts offer better locations (ie the monorail), larger rooms, and more food options (restaurants versus food courts), to better theming and recreation options to nicer linens, comfier beds and quieter surroundings.
    Many people forego a Deluxe resort because in their mind it is just a place to sleep for a few hours a night and they spend the money on other parts of their vacation. Yet others feel that the resort adds to the overall ambience of their vacation and will stay only at a Deluxe resort. The options are as varied as they are numerous. The good news is that if you feel like splurging, you can, and if you are on a budget, no problem.
