    We have the 2017 deluxe dining plan, I tried making reservations for the Hoop De Do dinner show but it's asking for prepayment. I'm confused, it appears on the dining plan list but why is it asking me for payment?

    Hello Kelly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Ever since my "Disney Mom" took me to see the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground over 30 years ago, it has been one of my fondest memories and favorite experiences in all of Walt Disney World Resort.

    For several Dinner Show experiences at Walt Disney World Resort, Advanced Dining Reservations and prepayment in full are required to book a table.

    When booking, Guests participating in the 2017 Deluxe Disney Dining Plan should be able to apply 2 credits from their entitlements directly to their Advanced Dining Reservation for Category 2 or Category 3 seating (in addition to Category 1 for the 8:30 show) through their My Disney Experience Account if the 2017 Deluxe Disney Dining Plan is linked to the account for the date being requested for the reservation.

    If the 2017 Deluxe Disney Dining Plan is not linked to your My Disney Experience Account or your credit card has already been charged, then you have 2 options. You can wait until you check-in for your reservation at Pioneer Hall in Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground and mention to the hostess and server that you wish to redeem 2017 Deluxe Disney Dining Plan credits towards your experience, at which point your credit card will be reimbursed the full price of the meal.

    Alternatively, you may contact a Cast Member with Dining Reservations at (407)939-1947 and ask for the 2017 Deluxe Disney Dining Plan credits to be applied immediately.
