Deluxe Dining Plan: I have read where gratuity for parties of 6+ is automatically added to the bill. If we are using our DDP to 'pay' for the meal, do we then just pay gratuity out of pocket? Wasn't sure how that worked.

    Hi Lindsey:

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Parties of 6 guests or more will have gratuity automatically added to their cheque.  With the Deluxe Dining Plan, you will be responsible for the charge and have several options for how you would like to leave gratuity.  You could simply leave cash, or use a Disney Gift Card.  Another option would be to add the extra cost to your MagicBand if you have linked a credit card to your MagicBand upon your arrival.  Personally, I find this option to be the most convenient, as I only need to remember to bring my MagicBand with me, and I don't need to worry about cash or Gift Cards.

    Have a magical day!
