Have the Deluxe dining plan.... we have a friend joining us for a day in the park. Since all of our dining credits are bundled is it possible to pay for her meal with our plan or would the cashier know that she is not in my vacation package?

    Howdy Karen!

Aren't you the sweetest gal to think of paying for a friend's meal with your Disney Dining Plan entitlements? Well, I have good news for you. It doesn't matter if your friend is on your vacation package or not. You are permitted to use your Disney Dining Plan entitlements to pay for her meal. I just love this feature of the Disney Dining Plan. I find the flexibility it offers my family to be one of its greatest benefits. Enjoy your time with your friend at Walt Disney World Resort, and don't forget to make advance dining reservations for any table service restaurants you are hoping to experience during your upcoming trip. Dining reservations can be made 180 days in advance online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE/(407) 939-3463.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Jill
