I have the Deluxe Dining Plan. If an appetizer says for two or three people how does that work?

    Hi Ashley!

It isn't often that our teenage children see us as heroes, but I had the good fortune to experience one of these moments last week when my family had the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan during our spring break vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. Oh my goodness! When my 18 year-old found out he could have his own appetizer AND dessert at Frontera Cocina, he smiled and said, "Nice planning, Mom." While the life span of teenage appreciation is typically pretty short, I was happy to bask in it for as long as it lasted. I think you're really going to enjoy using the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan on your vacation this fall.

While what counts as a Disney Dining Plan-eligible appetizer on a menu is ultimately up to the specific restaurant, I think you'll find that there will be many choices at your fingertips. If a menu designates an appetizer as suitable for two or three people, you will likely be able to redeem your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan table service entitlements for it as long as two or three of you are dining together and willing to share it as your sole appetizer. Just ask your server and he or she will let you know what great choices you have for an appetizer.

Don't hesitate to post additional questions for us regarding the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan and be sure to make advance dining reservations for any table service restaurants you'd like to experience in September. You are currently within your 180 day window so you can call (407) WDW-DINE, or (407) 939-3463 today to make your reservations.

    Bon appétit,
    Jill
