Hi Sharon,
Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for bringing this thoughtful question about your upcoming Walt Disney World visit to us. As someone who loves a strategically placed grocery or essentials order during my Disney vacation, this question is one that I’d love to answer for you. One can never have too many “room snacks,” now can they? Well, perhaps they can, but I will still be ordering them!
You absolutely can have a delivery sent to your resort before you arrive.
Mail Services is one of the amazing perks you’ll receive when you stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. All you need to do is look for the address of your resort hotel and enter it correctly on your delivery order to ensure that you’ll receive it. Each resort has a physical address listed on its Overview page. For example, here’s the Overview page for
Disney’s Riviera Resort. You’ll notice the address toward the middle of the page on the right.
Now that you have the address, here’s how you should label your order:
Your NameGuest Arriving on
Arrival DateResort Hotel Name (for example, Disney’s Riviera Resort)
Hotel AddressHotel City, State Zip CodeIf the order requires a phone number, I’d advise entering your own. Deliveries can start being accepted up to one week prior to your arrival. Bell Services or the hotel’s Front Desk will have your packages available either for you to pick up or to have delivered to your room after you arrive. Note that there is a small handling fee per package received. Any deliveries that require age verification cannot be accepted; guests are required to be present to accept those. Space for any perishable items might be unavailable or limited, so be sure to order these items for delivery on your arrival date.
Since you’ll be saving so much luggage space, let me tell you about my favorite merchandise collection right now: the
Logo Mania collection. This collection uses color to represent signature park elements and themes and offers a wide variety of items from headwear to home items. My favorite color is bright pink, so I’m trying to collect as many Fantasyland items as I possibly can! Fantasyland is also one of my favorite lands in Magic Kingdom, so it’s fitting. You can look for this colorful collection in most merchandise locations throughout all 4 theme parks and at the World of Disney location in
Disney Springs.
I hope this information is helpful, Sharon. You are getting super close to your amazing Disney vacation, but if you need any additional help with planning please be sure to stop by and see us here at planDisney again. Until then, TTFN… ta-ta for now!
