I'm glad to hear you're using
My Disney Experience to plan your visit. I love the
Family & Friends feature so that I can make plans with other people, but I recently tried to delete a few connections and had the same issue that you did. I kept receiving a message that the request to remove the Guest could not be completed. I eventually was able to remove the people I wanted to, so let's see if we can figure this out for you!
Removing someone from your Family & Friends list
should be easy. Click on "Update" next to the name of the person you wish to remove, and then click on "Remove from This List." That should easily clean up your list, but if it doesn't, I have a few suggestions. First, try using another internet browser. I've found that Chrome and Safari are the most compatible browsers for My Disney Experience. If a different browser doesn't work for you, I recommend calling the My Disney Experience experts at (407) 939-4357. I once called the friendly folks there to help me add people to my Family & Friends list, and they were super helpful! They can manually add or remove Guests for you.
