How can I delete a set of magicbands before they are shipped since have a split stay I already customized one set on first part of reservation. only want 1 set of 4 for my family

    Hi Bruce,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about MagicBands!

If you've already customized one set of MagicBands and don't wish to receive a second set, I'd be happy to walk you through how to decline the MagicBands for the second part of your stay. You'll want to log in to your My Disney Experience account and choose "MagicBands and Cards." Beside each Disney Resort hotel reservation, you'll see a blue oval to the right that says "Get Started." Once you click on that, you'll need to first confirm your shipping address, but will then have the option of either customizing your MagicBands or declining them. Since you don't want this second set, simply click "Decline MagicBand." With batteries that last for up to two years, MagicBands are reusable, and you may manage any MagicBands that you've previously received on that same page by choosing whether you want each band to be active or inactive.

I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip, Bruce, and have a truly magical vacation!
