How do I delete Magic Mobile passes from the app?

    Hiya, Kristie. Welcome to planDisney

I recently got a new phone and wanted to reorganize things and I finally figured out how to remove things from my mobile wallet. I am happy to share with you my findings. You actually can't remove your passes from your phone via the MyDisneyExperience app. You'll need to go to your phone's mobile wallet. I have an iPhone so I typed in "wallet" in the search and my wallet appeared. Once you've opened up your mobile wallet, you can select the pass that you would like to get rid of. If you have an iPhone like me, you'll click on the information icon on the top right-hand side of the screen. Then, you'll scroll down and you should see the option to "Remove Card". Once you've clicked on that it will remove that particular theme park ticket from the wallet feature on your phone. You'll need to repeat these steps for any other tickets you might have stored there. Once you find your actual digital wallet, which was the hardest part for me, it's as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo!

I hope you enjoyed your Walt Disney World vacation, Kristie. If we can assist you in planning a future trip to the most magical place on earth, please feel free to stop back by and ask us. We are here to help!

    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
