    How can I delete inactive magic bands from my account

    Hi Raymond!

    Excellent question!  I have had to mark some of my MagicBands inactive as well as delete them completely from My Disney Experience for various reasons.  If you would like to make any of your MagicBands inactive, click on "My MagicBands and Cards" when logged in to your My Disney Experience account. You will see all of your MagicBands for each Guest you manage.  Click on "Active" and then the option to make it inactive will populate.  You will need to do this individually for each band you would like to make inactive.  Deleting them completely cannot be done yourself, so you'll need to give the MagicBand help desk a call at (407) 939-4357.  A Cast Member will be able to assist you in sorting out your MagicBand needs.
