how do i delete duplicate family members

    Welcome to planDisney, Marc!

I’ve had duplicate party members on my account many, many times! And it’s really easy to fix!

The easiest way is to simply log in to your account on the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen, scroll down and select the “My Family & Friends” option, select the duplicate family member, select the “Update” button next to your party member, then select the “Remove from This List” option, and you should be good to go!

In the case that you need to merge family members, you will need to call a Cast Member that specializes in Website Support at (407) 939-4357. They will be able to help you further!

If you have additional questions, we’d be delighted to hear from you again at planDisney!
