I am sorry to hear that it will take you a bit longer than expected to visit Mickey, but delaying your holiday means you will get to enjoy experiences that are returning to The Most Magical Place on Earth, like fireworks shows, and join in the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort!

As a fellow international Guest, I have also had to cancel two different reservations due to travel restrictions, and one of them included MagicBand orders. I was able to get reimbursed for my purchase by calling +1 (800) 328-0327. Please have the canceled Disney Resort hotel confirmation number handy when you call, as well as the MagicBand order confirmation number sent to your e-mail at the time of purchase. Cast Members will be happy to look into the terms and conditions of your purchase to verify what can be done. They are available to take your call Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
