Can you decorate the windows at any of the Deluxe resorts? I want to make sure I ask before making and bringing the stuff to do so! Thank you!

Hi, Alicia! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question! Guests are more than welcome to decorate their resort room's windows as long as the exterior and interior of the room or the resort are not altered in any way. You will also want to follow the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules. A great way to decorate your Disney Deluxe Resort room balcony is with battery-operated light strands that can be wrapped around the railing. Suction cups are practically perfect for attaching decorative items. You can also decorate the resort room windows with removable clings.

If you find that you have more decorations than available luggage space, you can opt to mail a box of decorations to the resort a few days in advance. When addressing the package, be sure to include the word "Guest", your name, and arrival date. Please note that, while this is subject to change, there is currently a $6 fee for each package accepted through mail delivery.

Be sure to also take a look at the many ways Disney Floral & Gifts could help you create an in-room celebration for your family. I toured Disney Floral & Gifts this past winter and was amazed at the number of baskets and gifts that can be customized with your choice of whozits and whatzits galore!

I hope this information helps you add a bit of pixie dust to your upcoming trip. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
