Can we decorate our Pop Century resort window with washable window paint?

    Hi Annamarie!

The decorating of Walt Disney World Resort Guest Room windows has become very popular over the last few years - especially during festive times of year such as Halloween and Christmas!

Washable window paint is not a type of decorating that is permitted, mainly due to the potential extra clean up time for the Mousekeeping staff (and potential cost transferred to you) which may lead to unnecessary added wait times for the next Guest to be able to check-in!

That being said, there are many other great decorating options to consider bringing along to adorn your window and show off your creative, Disney, holiday flair! Vinyl window clings, gel clings and decorations that adhere by means of tiny suction cups are all permissible as they are easy to remove at the end of your stay without potential for damage left. I've even seen little strands of battery operated, suction cup mini-lights trimming the windows of resort rooms from Bay Lake Tower all the way to Pop Century!

Pack up your fun and festive decorations to bring along - but be sure to check with your Cast Member at Check-in just to be sure that your plans are all "a-ok" with your Resort before you start "decking the halls!"

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Annamarie!
