    Can you decline mousekeeping during online check-in? Or do I need to request that once we arrive?

    Hi Angela!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Service Your Way is currently being offered at all the Walt Disney World Resort hotels in the Value and Moderate categories (this is not currently being offered at Deluxe Resorts and Deluxe Villa Resorts).  You can opt out of regular housekeeping, and will receive a Disney Gift Card for the value of $10.00 per night, excluding the last night (there is no option to include the last night, as the room has to be cleaned for the next guests).  So, if you are staying for 9 nights you would receive a Disney Gift Card for the value of $80.  During your stay you can still request more toiletries, and fresh towels, but your room will not be vacuumed daily, nor will your beds be made.  You may request fresh bedding, but you will have to change the sheets yourself.  Service Your Way can be requested at the Front Desk when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.
