    Can I decline mousekeeping?

Hi Kim! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question!

While some people (my mother, for one) love having daily "Mousekeeping" during their Disney adventures, I completely understand having reasons why you'd rather skip that service during your next magical stay! You are certainly welcome to do just that - simply indicate your preferences upon check-in at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Also, I just learned that you may even be eligible to be rewarded for bypassing these services! Did you know that if you are staying at a Disney Value or Disney Moderate resort for 2 nights or more, you can receive a gift card for each day you decline standard daily housekeeping services through the Service Your Way program? If you would like to participate in this program, you would indicate your preferences either at online check-in or at your hotel.

Kim, I am so excited that you will be arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort soon, and I think it is wonderful for you to make your preferences known in order to tailor your vacation and make it just the type of magical experience you are looking for!

    See ya real soon!
