That’s a great question, and one I’ve been wondering the answer to as well. At this time, the Disneyland Resort hasn’t released an official reopening date for the completion of the reimagining of
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel into Pixar Place Hotel. So, unfortunately, we don’t know what the status of the pool will be in February. However, I’m happy to report that there is a way to keep track of the latest construction updates, thanks to
this handy page on
Disneyland.com, which is being updated with the latest construction information. I just checked it, and can see that it was last updated on November 11, 2022. The good news is that hotel amenities, including the direct entrance for Hotel Guests into Disney California Adventure Park, will continue to remain open. Currently, the pools at Paradise Pier are still unavailable, but Guests can enjoy easy access to the pools at the
Disneyland Hotel thanks to the provided transportation during the pool’s daily operating hours. The pools at the Disneyland Hotel are actually my children’s favorite, thanks to the awesome Monorail Waterslides!
So, I recommend staying tuned
to this construction page, and to the
Disney Parks Blog, since that’s the best spot for breaking Disney Parks news. As soon as a completion date is announced, we should see it there first.
