We are deciding between Coronado and Wilderness Lodge. We are trying to get a better idea of the benefits/differences. We know Wilderness is closer to MK, but love the Pepper Market at the Coronado. What are some other key points for 2 adults, 1 child (2)?

    Hi Amy!

Location, location, location!  Besides being a beautiful deluxe resort, Wilderness Lodge is one of the favorites among the Moms Panel  My favorite part is the location!  You are just a ferry boat away from the Magic Kingdom and also to Fort Wilderness where there are tons of activities to do.  There are lots of fun dining locations that are nearby to the Wilderness Lodge, including Whispering Canyon Cafe, which is one of my favorites at Walt Disney World.  You can always visit the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs if you'd like, but I highly suggest staying at the Wilderness Lodge if given the choice between the two.

The pool at the Wilderness Lodge is gorgeous and kids love watching the eruption of Fire Rock Geyser.  It's also a fantastic resort to see the Electrical Water Pageant at night that will stop right in front of the Wilderness Lodge beach.  The lobby always stuns me when you walk through the doors.  It does not even compare to the grounds of Coronado Springs.

    The choice is yours!

    Have a magical day!
