We decided to upgrade our reservation to a one bedroom villa at the boardwalk! I know there is a washer/dryer but is there detergent and dryer sheets? What else is included in the room/kitchen? Thanks!

    Hi Mariel!

Thanks so much for stopping back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question for us. I'm happy to help!

I know you are excited about staying in a one bedroom villa at Disney's Boardwalk Villas! I absolutely love this location since you're so close to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, and you have the option to walk or take the boat to either one. Plus there's no shortage of things to do with all of the nighttime entertainment you'll find along Disney's BoardWalk.

Your one bedroom villa does come with a washer and dryer and a small box of detergent will be provided. However, I don't believe you'll get any dryer sheets. I typically pack a few to take with me along with several detergent pods (double bagged in a Ziploc bag of course!). That way you'll definitely have enough if you need it. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen complete with a toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The coffee maker is a 12 cup pot, and I would also suggest bringing filters and coffee because only a small amount is provided. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, utensils and cookware as well. Also, there will be a small bottle of dish soap and dishwasher detergent. These items will all be replenished on your fourth day if you are staying on your Disney Vacation Club points.

Mariel, I know you're going to have a wonderful vacation and make lots of magical memories. If we can help with anything else, just let us know. Happy planning!
