    I decided to add an extra day to our surprise vacation in October. I want to call customer service to add a day with dining plan, but the kids are usually around. What are the hours of the customer service department? Can I call late at night?

    I can't think of a better family surprise than a trip to Walt Disney World! The Guest Relations phone line is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time to help you with your vacation planning needs.
