We decided to add another day to our Disney trip, but Pop Century is full. All Star Movies is available the night before. Does Disney provide some kind of transportation between resorts or would we need to call a taxi to switch? Any idea on the cost?

Disney provides complimentary transportation of your luggage from resort to resort when switching.  You simply need to call Bell Services, and they will take care of the rest.

Disney doesn't provide resort to resort transportation, but you can easily use a park as a hub to do so.  For example, you could take the Animal Kingdom bus from your resort to the park. Once at the park, just walk over to the Pop Century bus to take it back to your resort.  However, you can always opt to take a cab if you'd like to get there more quickly.  I would estimate the cost of the taxi to be anywhere from $10 to $20.
