    going to in december 2011. how is the weather for specialty cruise in december?

    Hi Laura,

    We did the Wishes fireworks cruise across Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon in December of 2008 and it was pure magic!  What a wonderful experience to share with my husband, son, sister, and parents.  It will always be one of my favorite Disney memories. 

    You should know, however, that it typically gets quite chilly after dark in December at Walt Disney World, especially on the water.  Bring a heavy jacket or layer several shirts with a sweatshirt and make sure that you have something to cover your ears.  The captain of our pontoon boat brought blankets for us to use, but they would not have been enough had we not dressed appropriately.
