One that my boys absolutely love, but I don't think it is the best for adults is the Sci Fi Dine-In Theater in Disney's Hollywood Studios. There's not much variety there, but the atmosphere is spectacular. Likewise, a restaurant that is great for adults but not necessarily children is the California Grill in the Contemporary Resort.
