    December of 2019 I purchased four Disney 1-Day Park hopper Complimentary tickets at the silent auction for the Children's Hospital. With the shut down, I was unable to use them before their expiration date of 1/27/21. Can they be used? How?

    I’m very happy to hEAR you’re planning a trip to The Happiest Place on Earth soon, Elaine. I’ve missed it so much and cannot wait to Return to a Land of Magic myself. I think what I miss the most is strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. and all the snacks. Oh, how I love snacking my way through the Disneyland Resort!

    Without knowing more information about your complimentary tickets, since there are so many different types, it’s difficult to fully provide a solution. I do recommend contacting Ticket Services and speaking directly with a Cast Member who can better assist you with your specific tickets. Please be patient as wait times have increased since the reopening is so close!

    Elaine, I sincerely hope you can visit the Disneyland Resort very soon. I know the wait has been long but with Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust, I’m sure you will be on your way very soon!
