    On December 8, I purchased 2 day Park Hopper tickets (5 total) for Disneyland Park. I purchased the Genie+ option and scheduled our reservations (04/05 & 05/07). In the app, it only shows single park tix and no Genie+. Can anyone help me out?

    I am happy to hear that you will be visiting Disneyland Resort and participating in the Disney Genie+ Service - you will save quite a bit of time waiting in lines because you will be able to select return times for Lightning Lane Entrances, well done!

    Jack, please accept my sincerest apology for the technical glitch in the Disneyland Mobile App that you are experiencing, I understand completely how you want your planning to be all set in time for your arrival - especially since you are visiting during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival!

    May I offer the following suggestions before you Contact Disneyland Resort “Disney Genie Service” to see if we can fix this? Please turn off and turn on your mobile device, check for any device updates, and then try to uninstall and reinstall the Disneyland Mobile App - sometimes these steps help. Also, in your My Disneyland account, you can double-check there to see if all is in good order. Good luck!

    In the meantime, did you know that with your Disneyland Resort Park Hopper tickets, or if you are a Magic Key Pass holder you can make Theme Park Reservations for the first theme park, and then after 1:00 PM you can head to a second theme park without a Theme Park Reservation? In fact, on that day, after you visit the second park after 1:00 PM, you can then go between both theme parks until park closing - get ready for a ton of Disneyland magic during your visit!

    Jack, buying Disney Genie+ for each day is a wise choice because not only will you save time waiting in lines, but you will have access to unlimited digital downloads from Disney PhotoPass® Service attractions, including the popular “Magic Shots.”
