Hi Cindy,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so sorry that you were having trouble making all of your
dining reservations!
First, make sure that your resort hotel confirmation number is linked in
My Disney Experience using the My Reservations and Tickets link. Your resort hotel has to be linked. Second, it might be the mobile app. Sometimes, my mobile app does not work, so I use the regular website on my iPad or laptop. If you are still unable to make those reservations, I suggest that you call a cast member in Website Support at 407-939-4357. They can check your account to identify the problem!
As you make those dining reservations, I hope you make at least one pre-park opening dining reservation. We typically do a pre-park opening dining reservation at 8:00 a.m. on days that the parks do not have early morning Extra Magic Hours. Just check the
park hours for the dates of your visit. At Magic Kingdom, we do Be Our Guest Restaurant, at Disney's Hollywood Studios, we do Hollywood & Vine and at Epcot, we do Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. On our upcoming trip, we are trying a pre-park opening reservation at Tusker House Restaurant.
Cindy, we also love to do dining reservations during the
Happily Ever After fireworks show so that we can see the fireworks while dining. California Grill and 'Ohana are our favorites - we always request a window table. On our last visit, both restaurants played the narration and music during the show. It was lovely!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
