Hi,
Welcome to
planDisney! Emily, we are happy that you stopped by with this question. Ringing in the new year at Disney sounds like an awesome trip. And you are planning nice and early which is a plus in this planner’s book!
First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your family’s service and sacrifice while defending our nation. I’m very happy that you are able to take advantage of the military rates. Currently there are only
military offers for visits during of 2025. I would recommend planning for those last couple days of the year using the current discounts. And as soon as the 2026 military rates are released you will be able to book the remaining days for 2026. These discounts for the coming year are historically announced once the current offers are getting close to expiring. When it comes to news regarding any upcoming offers, the
Disney Parks Blog is the best place to find those announcements. So make sure you keep an eye out for 2026 offers.
This stay is going to be a legendary one! And if you are planning on purchasing tickets, New Year’s Eve is one of the most sought after days of the year. Folks from all over the world come to
Walt Disney World to celebrate the new year. The parks will usually reach capacity on this day, and you should plan on staying for the entire day as re-entry is based on capacity. Especially
EPCOT and
Magic Kingdom, as they usually have parties going into the new year. While nothing official has been announced just yet, this is a very popular time to visit and news and announcements will also be on the Disney Parks Blog. EPCOT usually has DJs spinning music all night. And yes that is plural, multiple parties in select pavilions of World Showcase will be rocking. Visiting during this time of the year has always been on my bucket list, and I hope you have a magical and memorable visit. Tell Mickey and Minnie I said Happy New Year!
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
