Speaking of the holidays, it is time to address your question about the entertainment scheduled for the week of Christmas. I personally think that having
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade running during the morning and
Disney Starlight at night sounds like a special, magical day. Unfortunately, the
current view of the Interactive Hours and Events Calendar for December 22nd indicates that no parades are currently scheduled. This is subject to change, however, so definitely check back on the website or use the
My Disney Experience mobile app closer to your trip. You never know what can happen!
I wish I had better news, Barbara, but I hope this was helpful. Before I let you go, I have some good news to share with you! If you are one of those folks who loves a good nighttime spectacular like me, then you will be thrilled to hear that the nighttime show for the 22nd is scheduled to be Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks. I love this fireworks show because it has the perfect balance of holiday cheer with the awe-inspiring fireworks sequences we love about Walt Disney World.
